How should I pay for the goods and what are my payment options?

You can pay with Visa,MasterCard, Pay Pal money orders and wire transfer (telegraphic transfer or TT).

 

Are any of your stones synthetic or created?

All of our stones are 100% natural – no created or synthetic stones.If you have any special request we can process synthetic or created Stones.Our policy  is Always showing the status of the gem stones.

 

What about your gem photograhs? I mean the colour and real stone quality?

We are trying to get exact picture of the gem stone and it inner designs.Most importently we are not editing any picture only we doing croping and adding outside frames as well as every picture we took under 10 x magnification thet 's the reason all the picture backgrouds having blackish colour round shape.We done this show our maximum stone cutting quality for our customers.

 

What about treatments?

Most natural coloured gemstones are treated or enhanced to intensify the colour, diminish imperfections or improve durability. This treatment is generally accepted in the trade.. For more information see accepted-enhancement

 

How long will it take to ship the stones and what is the process involved?

Upon receipt of payment your order will be shipped, and you will receive email notification that your purchased items have gone out. All our prices are FOB location displayed in the item description.

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you have ordered and the shipping option you selected: (Availability) + (Dispatch Time) = Total Delivery Time

 

Is my credit card safe?

Absolutely! In fact, it’s safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Our insurance covers loss of goods on arrival and during transit from Ceylon Natural Gems (ceylonnaturalgems.com) office to your delivery address and we charge 1 USD = 1% of the total goods value. Simply select Insurance Option in your Shopping Cart and click "UPDATE CART" button to recalculate your order.

 

How do I know if you received my order?

After you click "CONFIRM THIS ORDER" button, you should receive a confirmation page with a order refence number on it. If you do not get a confirmation number, you should see a message at the top of the order form indicating why the order could not be processed. Correct the problem and click "CONFIRM THIS ORDER" again to send the revised information.We will also send you the Order Confrimation e-mail, with your order details and order reference number.

 

What will you do with the information I give you? Can I be certain that you won't share that information with any other individual or organization?

​If I need anything return how I going to do it?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every transaction should result in a pleasant, convenient, and successful shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on the return of any merchandise within 15 days of the shipment date excluding any shipping, insurance where applicable. To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following:

 

  • If you are uncertain of the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise.

  • If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement of merchandise.

  • If you have decided that, you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused, you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.

  • If you are returning the merchandise please DO NOT, write gems or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation.

  • For goods less than $500 US in value – send by Priority mail, Registered mail, or Fed Ex. Do not declare the value. Do include some lot or auction number identification. Please e-mail us your registered mail, Priority mail, or FedEx number the day you ship so we can acquire insurance. Failure to comply will result in your liability for uninsured return shipments.

  • For goods over $500 US  in value – please contact us for further specific return instructions. (info@ceylonnaturalgems.com)

  • Mail in a strong envelope so the parcel looks like an ordinary letter with some documents. If you are sending several items, please pack them so they do not damage each other.

No Refundable Merchandise

Some Special, Discounted of Promotional Offers, have a no return policy. This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN" and Ceylon Natural Gems return policies does not apply to:

 

  1. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent.

  2. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused.

  3. We can only process your request after our Quality Assurance Department inspects the returned item and verifies that its condition is undamaged and unused.

  4. Any wear or usage of precious merchandise such as gemstones, which you have purchased, is likely to result in minute damage that can dramatically affect the value of the item. For this reason, the Company cannot and will not accept the return of any item that has been mounted, polished, chipped, fractured, dropped, resized, engraved, altered or otherwise shows any sign of use or wear in any manner whatsoever.
